Saskatchewan Law Review

Samad Twemlow-Carter is a third-year student at the USask College of Law. He was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and grew up in Kamloops, British Columbia. He graduated from Minerva University with a Bachelor of Science, and completed Minerva's global rotation program, which allowed him to study in five different countries, including: the United States of America, South Korea, India, England, and Germany.

After graduating, Samad will be clerking at the Court of Appeal for Saskatchewan in 2025. Outside of law school, you will find him tinkering with his bike or enjoying live music.
