George King

George King is currently in his third year at the USask College of Law. Prior to law school, he completed three years toward a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at the University of Calgary. In addition to that, George spent six years playing hockey at the junior and college levels, and three years as a manager at a national automotive repair company.

This past summer George worked in-house as a Legal Summer Student at the Canadian headquarters of a Fortune Global 500 energy company. During 1L summer, George worked as a Summer Student at Dentons Canada LLP in Calgary, Alberta, where he will return to article upon graduation in 2025.

George is a born-and-raised Calgarian and gets out to enjoy the mountains as much as possible. He is also an avid reader and traveller, finding every opportunity to do so with his friends and family.
