Owen Pennock

Owen is a second-year student at the College of Law. He was born and raised in Saskatoon. Owen earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria, and his Master of Arts from the University of Toronto, focusing his studies on American cultural history. Owen's particular areas of interest in law include criminal law and constitutional law.
